SAFETY FOR MOLD CLAMPING

A safely light curtain adopted with the safety device will detect any objects that stay on the mold platen and immediately stop the mold clamping motion to protect the worker.

TEMPERATURE ABLANCING & CONTROLLING DEVICE

This device constancy of temperature to ensure the material is fed smoothly through the screw. This device is available only for The JD-R series application and is not suitable for the JD-H series.

The hydraulic circuit is an Integrated design with a proportional flow and a pressure control valve. This provides superior operation performance and high production.

FAST MOLD TRAVERSE

Fast traverse, designed for mold clamping and opening, greatly reduces the cycle lime and consequently speeds up the production.

THREE LAYERS MOLD PLATEN

For Three layers mold platen, the two middle plate could be fastened to the layers lifter device.

FOUR LAYERS MOLD PLATEN

For four layers mold platen, the two middle plate could be fastened to the two layers lifter device.

• The charge unit adopts an automatic temperature controller in supplying the constant temperature to maintain better fluidity of material and normal viscosity.
• The injection unit uses a hydraulic direct drive in 3 stages of pressure and 4 stages of flow. The material can be forced directly. Features: high speed, high stability and extended applications for varied hardness of materials. The shot volume through Linear motion potentiometer control can have a very distinct output making it suitable for mass production.
• Other features:  easy to operate by microprocessor controller; multifarious functions; reduction of 70%pf conventional electrical components; minimized fault by automatic incipient ; easy to maintain.

TOP INJECTION SYSTEM

Incorporated with side material feeding for an accurate shotting performance. The injection head features on anti- spill function.

Equipped with an industrial grade PLC controller to ensure the maximum stability of operation performance. The oversized touch-sensing screen provides molding process monitoring and convenient parameter changes. It has memory function for saving various parameters variation.

PROGRAMABLE LOGIC CONTROLLER

This controller consists of a 100 set memory, able to memorize pressure, speed, time, temperature, function, and other working conditions. Also, the original data in memory shall be replaced automatically by new changes.
